A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after you make an order. Once the order has been placed, you cannot make any changes on the website.

Important Notice: 

Payment has to be made within 1x24 hours after the order is placed. After the cut-off time, your order will automatically be cancelled by our system.

You will automatically join our LOYALTY PROGRAM once you earn 1 point from your IDR 100K purchase.

 

Q: Do I Need to have an account to purchase?

A: Yes. You will need to fill out personal information, especially your address to ship out your purchased item(s), get an account before completing your order process.

How to join our Loyalty program and become a VIP Member?

1.    Make your purchase

2.    Register your e-mail address and mobile number when completing a purchase. Ensure to provide accurate and complete information.

3.    Make sure you are entering the same e-mail address and/or mobile number each transaction. It can be applied to online purchase.

4.    Every purchase of IDR 100K will get 1 point and you automatically join our LOYALTY PROGRAM. 

     When you collect and reach an accumulative total of 100 POINTS, you will be eligible to become our VIP MEMBER.

     All your purchases are accumulated as long as you are entering the same e-mail address and/or mobile number each transaction.

5.  Upon receiving the confirmation e-mail from us you will gain access to our VIP membership program and directly get exclusive VIP member benefits (get a VIP membership e-card, 10% discount on every purchased article, exclusive offers, VIP Access to upcoming events).

Q: How to handle and care the product?

A: Our products are made of combination of fabrics and traditional wastra; batik is one of them.

The best way to handle our product to make it last longer:

ü  hand-wash

ü  do not soaked it in detergent

ü  use special batik detergent as lerak, etc

ü  for longer durability please send them to the dry cleaner

Q: Where you manufacture the products?

A: We are proud to say that our products are manufactured locally (Indonesia).

 

Q: Will an item be restocked?

A: Our collections are produced in limited quantity to ensure the exclusivity. However occasionally, some designs might be reproduced in a certain amount and you may wish to select the “Wish List” to get the email notification when the item is back in stock. Or simply our customer service via Whatsapp number +62811882176.

SHIPMENT

Please note that all orders are only shipped on working days (Monday to Friday). Order and payment placed before 14:00 Jakarta Time will be processed on the same day. Orders & payment received after 14:00 Jakarta Time are processed on the next working day.

Orders and payment received on Saturday or Sunday are processed the next Monday.

Orders and payment received during national holidays are processed the next working day.

If you live in Jabodetabek area and wish to have the item as soon as possible, you can pick up your purchased item with Instant Motorbike Delivery, please contact our customer service via whatsapp number +628118882380 to arrange the pick-up by your chosen provider. Make the appointment. We will provide you with the pick up address and inform you whether the item is ready.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Unfortunately, we do not have the option at the moment, but we are working on it.
