Please note that all orders are only shipped on working days (Monday to Friday). Order and payment placed before 14:00 Jakarta Time will be processed on the same day. Orders & payment received after 14:00 Jakarta Time are processed on the next working day.

Orders and payment received on Saturday or Sunday are processed the next Monday.

Orders and payment received during national holidays are processed the next working day.

When placing your order, please ensure all information concerning billing and delivery address is correct. After it has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking number as soon as possible.

Our standard delivery for your order is by Tiki or JNE regular service. The shipping cost will be calculated based on your area or city and the weight of all purchased items. 

Instant Motorbike Delivery (Go-Jek, Grab and others)

If you live in Jabodetabek area and wish to have the item as soon as possible, you can pick up your purchased item with Instant Motorbike Delivery.

1. Create your purchase on our website and checkout as usual.
2. After making your purchase on the website, please contact our customer service via whatsapp number +628118882380 to arrange the pick-up by your chosen provider. Make the appointment. We will provide you with the pick up address and inform you whether the item is ready. 
3. Please note that our shipping cut off time is at 14:00 Jakarta Time on Monday to Friday.
4. Delivery cost by your chosen provider is fully paid by you - the customer.
